Shalimar is a song I wrote on a piece of paper for love, a feeling I didn't fully understand at the time. I also created a music video for that version back on February 26, 2016, titled 'Mera Pyar'. Seven years later, my understanding of love and my love language have transformed, much like the theme of 'Woh Alag Hain Humse'. This video encapsulates the pivotal day when I chose to move on, seeking better things for myself. It was also the day I rediscovered my old love song and decided to reconnect with that inner shalimar within me. I even reimagined the arrangement of my old melody, blending it with the vibrant spirit of Bawari Basanti.
